Rick Flair in the World of Wrestling
Rick Flair in my opinion is one of the worst wrestlers in the world of wrestling. Rick Morgan got his name in a mix-up of his own name, which is pronounced Fliehr. Rick was born in 1949 on February 25, born in Tennessee . Rick during the years of his wrestling got the name Nature Boy, and is still brawling today at the WWE (RAWS). Some reporters claim that Flair is foremost in the Pro Wrestling arena, and has been since the 70s. This wrestler has a sixteen-count World Championship title, yet how did he earn these belts?
During a match, I've seen in a real-life ring, Flair was notorious for spitting out words that rarely did he back. During the matches, Flair would often violate the rules, i.e. going beyond the laws of wrestling to win a match. Rick would use chairs and outside of the match he would use women (at his side) while running his mouth, threatening his opponents. Fairness was not in his nature.
During his start in wrestling, his inborn name Fred Phillips, Steward, or Demaree was well known. Thus, Rick Fliehr got his name from an adopted family. According to reports, during the time Flair was adopted, the children then were taking out of the homes illegally.
Rick Flair joined in football teams at the UOM College , i.e. University of Minnesota . Flair attempting to follow his adopted fathers footsteps attended medical courses, yet he quite after realizing that this was not in his nature. Flair moved on working, employed as a bodyguard (otherwise known as bouncer). Thus, later Flair met Patera who was an ex-Olympic Bodybuilder. Thus, Patera became Flair's influence, which leads him to the AWA.
Flair stayed a short time in the rings at the AWA, before joining the NWA. The affiliates of Flair included Crocket Promotions. During 1975 however, Flair severed fatalities, i.e. injuries to the back, during a crash in a plane. While the doctors claimed that Rick Flair was out of business, determined Rick continued the following year in his career of wrestling. At the same time, Flair sued the pilot and won the lawsuit.
Despite the injuries, Flair moved on a made US Heavyweight 5-times, and continued to win Heavyweight at the NWA. At this match he took the weight from Rhodes , commonly known as Dusty in 81'. Yet, he did not hold the title long, since following Dusty and Flairs brawl, Harley Race took the belt from Rick during the year of 1983.
Flair later fought in a cage, during a match in NC, which he took over the Starr Cade belt. (1983) after this, Flair took control winning eight titles afterward. During the 80s, Rick became acquainted with the 4-Horsemen, which he then battled with Rhodes , Luger, Steamboat, and Sting. Sting had an interesting point about him, therefore I think we will talk about him next, however during the matches, Flair also fought the Magnum. Furthermore, Flair brawled with Koloff, Rock-n-Roll Express, Morton, Erich, as well as many other wrestlers. Wrestler Flair often kept women at his side, which included Baby Doll, Fifi, and Martel.
At the WCW Flair left in 1991 after disputing a contract with the head, honcho Herd. Thus, this brought in Luger, who became the top-man in the WCW matches. This didn't stop Flair, since he moved into the WWF arena, taking the World Titles. Flair continued winning the belts thereafter, including winning at the WWF matches. Flair took the belt again during a Royal Rumble that consisted of a thirty-man brawl. After this, another battle of words broke out, and Flair was forced to leave WWF.
This man might have held many titles, but in my opinion from observing his behaviors, he didn't earn the titles in fair just action.
